1. You can return any unopened merchandise for a full refund or exchange. We accept return request anytime within 1 week since the customer get items. But we regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our fault.

2. In the case your package is returned to 5ivesense marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable;
If you would like to have it re-shipped, we will charge the shipping cost for resending.
Or if you would like to get a refund, we will give you a refund excluding original shipping cost.

3. We have a 45-day refund policy. If you don't receive your order within 45 days since the shipment date, we will give you a full-refund or free re-shipment of the order with a tracking number. However, this only applies to orders that are presumably "lost" during the delivery process. We cannot give a full refund, for example if you offer the wrong shipping address. In that case, we'll give you a partial refund (total order cost - shipping fee). Or if you would like to have it re-shipped, we will charge the re-shipping cost
